Lactose And Soy Free Protien Powders?

Anyone know of any besides muscle milk light? tomorrow i start my full liquids so i know my 3 flavors will get boring very quick in 2 weeks thanks for your help!

I am not sure about lactose or soy free Protein drinks; however, know that you can embellish your current lineup too. Many people put them in the blender and add a little bit of banana or even Peanut Butter.

Personally, I like to blend my drink with ice to make it more of a "shake".

Try GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. I think they have egg based ones. But I add instant decaf coffee in the morning, it's like drinking an iced coffee/latte. Or the orange crystal lite type beverage to a vanilla for a creamcicle. Mmmm...

ive been making my own on the pre op diet i was using nectar unflavored but i was getting sick after drinking my shakes so i will get there tomorrow and see what they have thanks
