I Join A Gym

I am so excited I joined a gym. The only exercise I was doing was swimming which I love. I wanted some more work out options.

Awesome. I wanted to go to anytime fitness but I could not get there in time to sign up. I ended up going to planet fitness. It turned out well....my son will be going with duo support!

Joining the gym and actually going one year after I started my membership was the best thing I could have done. Don't anyone wait like I did...I could be weighing less if I had not waited. I live that I can change my workouts. I notice that I tend to lose more weight and tone muscles if I change it up. Some days it's more cardio and step...other days it might be arms and shoulders, or legs. Either way in hooked!!!!! Never thought I would say that. In training for a 5k now...CRAZY!!!!
