Help.....

K, so first time since my surgery in march I sat down and ate supper. After supper I wanted more so I ate a bit more. Now I have this massive pain in my left ribs and I can't breathe......what did I do?

You ate too much. Take walk and try to remember the pain the next time you are tempted to eat over 1 cup at a sitting. I hope you feel better soon.

When you walk, stand extremely straight... straighter than you think feels at all normal.

It helps things settle.

But the main thing is to know that it will pass.

hi 333, same thing has happend to me twice after the 2nd time i learnd not to do it again lol .what i did was get on my treadmill walked 30 min and started burrping and that really help the pain .hope you feel better !
