Surgery Date 25Th September Eek!!

Im having a gastric bypass next month and I'm getting a little scared and I'm also trying to cut the carbs out now as its going to be harder nearer the time, I'm just wondering if I can have slim fast shakes during the pre op diet it's for 2 weeks only. I have googled it and looked into detail on the net and it does say you can but just wondering if anyone on here has done this?? Thanx

Follow the instructions given to you by your bariatric surgeon. If he/she didn't give you any, ask for them. Every surgeon has a different pre- and post-op diet protocol. Some of them allow protein shakes, some do not.
