Medications

I have 6.5 cc's in my 10 cc band as of today. Now when I take my prescription medicine (a capsule), I get stuck. :-( does this mean I'll have to open it up and take just the insides? Yuck! Any suggestions?

you can open it up if it's not time released medicine and put it in applesauce or jelly, it's not that bad really...

I take several meds daily and had that problem then the nurse told me to take my meds with something thicker than water. I now take my meds with low fat chocolate milk (don't like the white stuff) then follow it up a few minutes later with water to make sure it went down. I no longer have any problems. Hope this helps.
