About Me

  • Biography
I have had trouble with weight loss since I was in the first grade. I have tried every diet that I heard about and a few that I made up myself. I hope this lap band is the tool I need for success.

I saw the doctor for the first time in March, 2011. My insurance company required a 6 month doctor assisted weight loss program. Was scheduled for LBS on Dec 01, 2011 but fell and broke my right wrist (both bones) the night before. Sooooo finally on March 29, 2012 it finally happened. LBS went off with hardly a hitch. Only problem was they always prefill the band and mine was a little tight. But I had an unfill and it really helped. I've had 2 fills since then and am doing good. Learning new eating habits after so long is really the worst of it but I am gonna make it. So looking forward to the new me!
