19 Days Post Op

Eating mushys now. But feeling bloated I ate 4hrs ago and I still feel like if I over ate all I had was 1 tbs of mash potatoe and 2tbs of blended turkey. I thinking it could be gas? ... Also I had the spider done, so I only have one incision in my bellybutton , but I have a lump where the port may be. The doc said its normal but that was a week ago. Has this happen to any one ? If so when does it go away. Oh and occasionally I mild sharp pain above my belly button and port area.
