Pre-Op Appt.

So I had my final pre-op appt. yesterday before my sugery next Thursday, the 23rd, and I have lost 11lbs. since July 2!!!!!!!

I was so excited and very emotional!!! I couldn't believe it!

It really makes this liquid diet and the exercise all worth it. Gives me motiviation to continue on.

However, my mother and my friend both asked that since I could lose on my own if I was still going to go forward w/ getting the band. I, of course, told them YES because that tool will only help me. The main reason I lost was due to liquid diet. I still need that tool to tell me when I'm full and to help.

Still ecstatic over the 11lbs  It felt amazing getting on the scale. Never felt that before when getting on the scale. Usually numbers went up or stayed the same but never DOWN!!!!

Ahhhhhhh I can do this!!!

It won't be long now! Yes, you are thinking clear, you still need the band. It is great you are already down some pounds, but when we have 100 pounds or more to take off the task is just too large
