Second Fill Success!

I am finally feeling what others have been describing as restriction. I am a very small lunch and was still too full to eat much of my dinner. I'm really excited to finally feel what I was hoping to feel. I had doubts before but now I know that in a few months I'll be successful. I can't wait!

I have been finding it easier to get my water intake. I thought it was just because of my workouts but I guess it's a possibility!

Out of interest, how is the appetite/hunger/satsfaction about a week later after a fill?

a week later I find I am still hungry but it is much better than before. I don't feel constantly hungry:)

For my part, I am feeling fuller faster and a week later after this second fill I am staying satisfied I would say about 5-6 hours... I am filling up VERY quickly. I really do have to eat slowly to get my protein in.
