After Day 1 Liquid Diet.

I am down 3 lbs, I'm sure it is just water weight, but I woke up this morning and weighed myself, it gave me the courage to keep on going, only 14 days left until surgery.

    YAY congrats. I too am in the pre op diet I have surgery on the 28th and I am 4 days into the diet and down 7 pounds I just cant update my ticker but yay for us only good things lay ahead for us cong

yay it is great, Friday morning I weighed in a total of 8 pounds lighter. Only 12 days to go!!!
