Pre Op Diet And Three Days Until Surgery!

I am scheduled for surgery on august 18th. Started the pre op diet today. So far so good! I am so excited to almost be there!

    Yes. They said because my BMI is under 40 I should only do three days. It is so funny. Today i realize how much i use food for my emotional well being. I feel so weird not eating!
