Keeping Weight Off After Removal?

I just had my band removed today for health reasons! :( I was very happy with my band and had actually just hit my goal weight. My fear is that I will gain back all the weight now... has anyone out there kept the weight off after band removal? Any tips? On top of all this stress I am 9 weeks pregnant so I want to be healthy for the baby ad well!!!

    Congratulations on your pregnancy, and I'm sorry to hear about your band. There is a section for people who've had their bands removed, maybe there would be some helpful posts there?
