Nervous

Just scheduled my surgery for Sept 14. I am Having a lot of anxiety about the surgery because it is a lot of money and such a huge decision. It's something's I've been thinking about for years though.

I am a self pay and I am worried about complications I may have years to come possibly with the band. My Dr's office said if I have complications down the line insurance doesn't pay. Anybody have any experience with this?
