Skinny Cow

I have never had any of the skinny cow products but I have seen it in the store. I thought I checked the nutritional details once and it was not great. Maybe I am confusing it with something else??? What skinny cow products do you prefer????

i like the ice cream sandwiches and candy bars. i think the ice cream is 150 calories and the candy bars 110 calories. i am sure they are not the greatest things to eat but skinny cow sure helps me stay in my calorie limit and enjoy something sweet once in awhile

I crave sweets and that is my biggest problem. Eating sweets only makes you crave them more. Make a goal not to eat anything sweet for a week. Then see if you crave them as much. I also found out that some of my meds side effects were craving sweets.

I actually have a major sweet tooth. I'm 6 months post-op and enjoy fiber one bars. They are only 90 calories. I've tried both the brownie and chocolate peanut butter bar :)
