Worst 24 Hours So Far

I'm 1 week post op & last night the gas went to my shoulder. Thought I was having a heart attack. Luckily my friend had warned me so I knew it wasn't but omg. Gas x helped but I couldn't sleep was tossing & turning all night. This morning it moved to my side which a little better but I got to the store & knew something was wrong. Idk if it was the heat (92 today) the car ride (lots of construction) or if I drank too much Water or too fast. I threw up in the bathroom then my mom drove me home (10 min drive) & I was throwing up in my condo parking lot. No food just water/spit. I got in my place & just lay on the floor for a half hour then took a 2 hour nap. I'm about 80% better now but I don't want to experience this ever again. Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks.
