Strength Training

What's the best way to begin strength training? It intimidates me but I must start.

Shawn T's intensity is good. Of course, we large people have to make adjustments and compromises with many of the workouts as most of them are designed for young viral and thin adults.

I also searched youtube for exercises and found many that would work. There's really a large section just for women. Check it out.

BTW- Strength exercising doesn't have to include weights. Lunges, squats, pushups, steep hill climbs, pullups, burpees are all very good strength workouts for men or women.

If you have a curves around you, I would suggest checking them out. Most of their circuit machines involve strength training
