Dr Kwon's Dietrition

Does anyone know the name of Dr. Kwon's dietitian? I really need someone to sit down with, and get me on the right track again.

I have been in such a funk, I can't get motivated. :)

Where is Springtime?

Pebbles,

I just bought the cookbook Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery by Patt Levine and Michele Bontempo-Saray. I got it from Amazon.com for less than $10 used. It has over 140 recipes for all stages of our diets, fluids, puree, mushies, solids. Although I'm still on water, applejuice, Crystal light and tea till Monday, I've been window-shopping through the book and making lists for when I can progress in my diet. The soups look delicious.

PM me if you want me to send you a specific recipe.

Thanks Marie well if you come across one that sounds good let us all know Id be happy to try it. I think when i go back to dr this week i will get the cookbook he has at the office i heard it has some great recipes so after i try them i will post some recipes

Im on Phase 3 which is solids and I can substitute a shake for any meal if I want. I havent really been cooking because I had to have another surgery September 16th. I was banded August 9th and doing good but then they found a Tumor the size of a football on my ovary So 've been recooping. I did cook the other day in my crock pot. I put some boneless skinless chicken tenderloins, baby carrots, garlic, italian seasoning, a couple sprays of I Cant Believe its not butter Spray and some Adobo and water and It came out sooooo good. Today I went and got some groceries and bought a Spaghetti Squash I got some recipes for it.I was told to cut it in half and bake for 45 min in baking dish with some water and when its done you scrape out the inside which comes in strings like spaghetti then add some sauce and its supposed to taste like spaghetti. When I try it I'll let you know. I am going to Dr. Kwons tomorrow and am gonna try and get that cook book for some new ideas. Ill keep you posted.
