Off The Wall Question-

I have noticed in the last few weeks everytime I eat- I get hot- almsot when I used to eat hot spicy foods. It just happend with scrambled eggs, nothing more, Is this a sugar spike? I notice it more with foods that take longer to go down... ;)

I have noticed that before with me as well. I attribute it to my body having to work harder to digest the food, therefore creating more body heat.
