Hi everyone. I am all the way in South Africa. I have found so much comfort from these forums in the build up to my surgery. I am still a bit nervous and anxious about the post op pain. We don't get gasx strips here as far as I know. Any last minute advice would be great. Thanks.

Use a heating pad and walk walk walk! I would also ask your doctor for a recommendation for the gas. Good luck on Friday, let us know how you are doing.
