Tight After Exercise?

We took the kids and played tennis last night--it was really hot and muggy. Worked a good sweat, came home and felt hungry for a snack.

Had about 4 or 5 bites of a fruit, marshmallow, cool whip dessert and it came right back up. I figured I must just have been swollen from exercise and heat.

Does anyone else have this issue right after exercise?

My hunch is that the food didn't stay down because you were dehydrated from exercising outdoors in the heat.

I have to drink Water frequently when I'm exercising.
