Never Knew

Have always love chicken gizzard since I was a kid! Today I search how many Protein they had and I was in shocked when I found out that one cup of simmered or boil chopped chicken gizzards is 44 grams of protein and only 3.9 of fat!! Love it

    Out of cureosity do chicken gizzards taste like the rest of the chicken? I have never thought about eating them but that is a good amount of protein!

    No they don't! They a little bit hard so make sure you cook them till they soft!! I love them!! Lol

    I just put some garlic, oregano and a little adobo and stew them till they soft!
