Superstar!

I just had an appointment with my surgeon. He called me a Superstar and told me I am one of his top losers, if not THE biggest loser. I am so excited! 52 pounds GONE in 16 weeks with a 2.2 cc fill in a 10 cc band. Not bad for a 51 year old lady. I feel great and I LOVE MY BAND! :)

Thanks to all for your kind words of support!

Secret? No secret but some lifestyle changes...

Move alot, really really pay attention to what kind of hunger I feel and eat when physically hungry, don't allow myself to get to the point of desperate- hungry ( frequent small meals), appreciate the kind support of friends and family, and always remember how greatful I am to have the means/ good insurance to have this band which allows me for the first time in my entire life to not be hungry all the time.

Congrats. Way to rock it.
