Pbr... Why?

Today... I have had three PBR episodes. My last fill put me in the green zone. I've been eating good and exercising well. I've also been eating slow.

My question is mainly for the women on this site. I'm about to start my period and I'm wondering if any other women experienced a tighter band before her period???

Is. this normal that I need to be extra careful before my period??

Just curious... Ladies only please let me know if you've experienced the same thing and any tips you have ...

4.5 cc in 10 cc band... Lost 29 lbs since April 17th.

Makes sense that as some women "bloat" and gain water weight before their periods, you might also get swelling around your band. Just a theory... ;)

I am past that stage so I can't speak from experience.

I can tell you I have read many posts where people have said they get tighter at that time.
