i started a topic under general lap band support...about good and bad surprizes with the lap band..how can i pin it so it can be found easy and not drop off as more topics come

      I believe the moderators pin them, you can contact them to ask it to be pinned. Otherwise if it is a topic people are posting to, that will keep it at the top.
