Anyone get a low profile port? Any advice, info to share about low profile vs. "regular" ports? THanks!

I wish I had info for you, but I myself am interested in a low profile port once I reach my goal weight. I still have about 50 lbs to lose and my port already protrudes. Granted, it was nice when I had my fill, easy to locate, but I really don't want it to be more visible than it is now.

I have a low profile port & I can feel it but not see it yet. I'm about 30 lbs from goal & have always had a small waist. I'm glad I got it. Good luck!

I had the traditional port but had it switched to the low profile port when I had my tt. It is much better then before but it still sticks out like a mini golf ball but as far as weight loss goes its a good thing. One option is to have your surgeon place it under the muscle but I wanted any future port work to be a simple procedure (fills and such) just in case.
