When A Band Slips How Does It Bother You?

When a band slips, does it bother you all the time or just after certain foods that are eaten?

I have an appointment with my primary care doctor tomorrow. I'm not sure, but I may be having problems with my gall bladder. I am getting horrible pains, four times in the last two weeks. There is no rhyme or reason. One time after eating a yogart, one time after eating a salad, one time after drinking carnation sugar free drink with 1% milk. I've mentioned it to my surgeon, but he thought maybe didn't chew well enough after the salad but then shortly after that I had the issue with yogart and now the carnation drink. The pain is in the middle of my torso and radiates straight through to the middle of my back, usually starting about an hour after I eat/drink, and lasts about an hour, although yesterday after the pain went away I felt like I was going to throw up for hours, then gone. Most of the time I have the pain and it's gone almost instantly after about an hour.

Anyway... I opted to see my pcp to see what he says. The nurse in the office thinks it sounds like gall bladder. I just felt that I wasn't getting anywhere with my lap band doctor, like it was me and not chewing. This is the other weird thing, yesterday the carnation milk bothered me, today no. Sometimes i can eat yogart, other times it bothers me. Maybe it's the milk???? I don't know. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Are there certain times of the day that you're having the problems? A lot of people have issues in the morning with bands being extra tight.
