Sick!

I have been constipated for a week and a half. I went to the dr because nothing was helping and the cramps were unbearable. Come to find out I have an intestinal infection. IV antibiotics and liquid diet for me. And a cleanse which hasn't been pleasant.

Been there, done that and you have my sympathy! I ended up at the ER twice because the first time it wasn't diagnosed. Hope you are feeling better quickly. Keep a watch on your warning signs and act quickly to prevent it getting too bad if you get a recurrence. High fibre diet will help
