Weather Changes And The Band

So, does changes in the weather mess with your band?

We took at trip to the North East a few months ago and I had some tightness when

we drove thru the mountains.

Now, we have a hurricane in the Gulf. I am wondering if I am going to have issues again.

Not that I really mind, helps me lose a few pounds.

But Just wondering what I have to look forward to.

Weather & allergies make my band super tight!

Hot weather swells me up and my band feels tighter

For me, no question. Storm came in on Wed. and I could almost feel it tighten. My first year I didn't notice it, but the next summer I got so tight I had to get an unfill. Now that I am aware I know how to deal with it.
