In case anyone is interested I called the doc this morning and they said I can swim in a pool after 2 weeks but to wait 4-6 weeks to swim in the lake, ocean or hot tub. Hope that helps someone!!

My doctor told me 4-6 weeks, but let me at 2 weeks after surgery. It is a salt water pool so he said OK, was so great to finally get to swim and it relaxed me so much.
