Ate Too Much

Vacation was awesome. I ate way too much. Usually eat 1000 and went way over a couple days. Learned that my family eats horribly and I need to prepare myself next time Going to start a new workout program Monday can't decide if that should be p90x or insanity.

    I started insanity two days ago it's intense. I have been banded yet and I'm 262. but I am keeping up pretty well
