Banded 6/7/12

The first few days I couldn't even think of food! Then my mom made a home cooked meal and now I'm starving!!! Still on liquid diet until 6/22/12

Help! Any suggestions???

    Think of the fact that it might be too late eat. Why not retire to bed early? Maybe that can help?

    That's what I do. When someone cooks lunch on the weekends, I consider it automatic nap time.
