I wish surgery was today. Now that it's drawing near I am becoming a nervous wreck! I am about 115 overwheight, very solid for my size and I have never had children. I am so worried about my skin. Do you have any advice or reccomendations to avoid the skin thing?

EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE CARDIO AND STRENGTH TRAINING will help with the sagging skin. GOOD LUCK:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

I'm fighting the battle of the bat wings now. It all depends on age, genetics:rolleyes: , how much you lost. I read somewhere that exercise (of course) and protein can help.

I've heard Dr. S is really good. Initially, he was going to do my surgery, but I decided to go elsewhere. Not because of anything he did...He's one of the area's best. You will be in very good hands!!

:biggrin1: I have heard he was a good surgeon but it take a long time to get an appt and a long time to get scheduled for surgery. I called in Oct and the first available appt was the end of Feb. Good Luck. :)
