Pineapple Juice

So I hear pineapple juice helps when u feel stuck! Well I feel that way, I feel good but I just have this annoying feeling that something is stuck! I was absolutely starving yesterday at work andy only option was some granola and milk. I had about 3 bites, I swear it's that, just sitting there. Any help or info and no lecturing please.

have you eaten since? If everything else, including Water is going down fine I don't think you are stuck? When I'm stuck I produce tons of saliva. I did have something stuck once for about 8 hours. But I could not eat or drink anything because it would come right back up.

That or papaya enzyme chewable tablets

Do you suffer from seasonal allergies (hayfever)? When pollen counts are high this is exactly the way I feel. I take a 12 hour sudafed, which was approved by my lapband doc and really helps. Warm liquids also help, for me anyway.

I agree with Sunshyne, the chewable papaya tablets are great. You can get them at the pharmacy with the vitamins. I have heard pineapple juice works; however when I'm stuck I usually don't want to put liquid on top. It can make the feeling worse.
