Feeling Yucky

I got a full of .2 cc on Thursday, staying on liquids for a bother few days since my last fill I Feb was hard on me. So I can tell I'm getting a little dehydrated so in trying my best to drink water. Last nite I had some hot cocoa since I needed something warm since cold drinks don't agree sometimes after a fill. I don't know if I went to bed too soon after drinking it but I gurgled and made those odd noises for about an hr and woke up twice in middle of nite with reflux. I really don't think I need fluid taken out but just so yucky feeling after that and I have some shoulder pain. Anyone ever have any of this?

If you are gurgling up just drinking liquids, and have night reflux, you are showing signs of being overfilled.
