Michigan Medicaid

 I was wondering if anybody has/had medicaid in Michigan for the lap-band. What kind of problems (games) and headaches they put you through? I actually have what they call a spend down account which is like a co-pay every month that I use the insurance, but ANY info I can get on the medicaid will help.

Oh and I already know that I have to have a 12 month supervised diet :faint:

Thanks in advance,

Joh

I have my 1st appointment next week to talk with the surgueon about having lap band. When do you get your done????

oh cool so your just starting your process? I have my band done in 26 more days. do you have any questions?

that is okay

all the people I have talked to said it is an easy recovery, like a support group I was at last night she was up and back to work in a week she had it done over a long weekend, and for me I bounce back right after surgery and this is my 14th surgery and I am only 30 so I am not worried so much. after my knee surgery I was up walking on that that day at home and it was a surgery they had to repair ligaments and tendons and I had 3 muniscis tears, not sure how to spell all that sorry
