Hey, my band has been completely empty since last October. I have fine restriction with 0cc in it, and am losing weight. However, two days ago I ate too fast and vomited. After that, I was in a lot of pain and had trouble keeping water down. I went to my doctor, did the barium swallow and we watched as it just sat there in my pouch, not going through. However, he did say that the bands was in the correct position. So today, I'm driving five hours to see my surgeon. Had anyone ever experienced this? Water getting stuck in my pouch with a completely empty band is really odd. I also have a bad headache and my abdomen hurts and feels sore.

Sounds like you seriously upset your stomach and it may be swollen almost shut...

It's seems to be extremely swollen give it a few days...solid and heavy foods will probably irrate it more.
