You need to be thinking of nutrious food options. chips may fill you up but they're a wet blanket if you plan on losing weight.

What kinds of things do you make chips out of? I bet some eggplant chips would be good and healthy....

I was hoping to add healthy chips in- sometimes that salty craving is hard to resist. The microwave ones are made without fat- I think.

Kale chips with sea salt.

Sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini are good choices too. I just ordered one myself. My friend has one and it does pretty good. The veggie chips can't sit around too long or they loose their crispyness. But definately worth using when you are wanting a chip.

I love y'all...I just made some queso...and was going to have it with celery....I am now going to try making some zucinni chips, in the oven because I don't have a microwave chip maker.....YET!
