Why Did I Eat So Much??

I'm almost 7 weeks post op (no fill) down 22.5 lbs and on vacation at the beach. I have done so good with food since I've been here but today I have been so hungry. I decided to eat a whole small Reese's blast from sonic and now I feel like hell. I have this pain in the center of my chest and a headache and I feel as if I could puke. I know better than this and I did it anyways. I'm gonna be kicking myself in the butt when I get home to the scale. Does anyone else feel like then when they have over ate? It's a different feeling then what I used to feel Pre band days. Hope it goes away soon!!!!

Sometimes if I drink too fast or take too big of A bite I feel the same way! Sleep it off. Tomorrow is a new day! We will all have moments of weakness!
