Day After

How did you feel the day after surgery? I'm trying to figure out if I can drive myself home the day after (hospital is 2 1/2 hours away) rather than drag my hubby and 2 small kids along.

I would have to say that you cannot drive home.. I was on prescription pain killers for the first 3 days.

I know we aren't allowed to drive home, must have a ride. I would lean toward the cautious side and make them come get you... I know I have little ones at home too but I think it would be better to be safe and it is worth it. Good luck and you will figure out what to do that is best for you.

Get a ride please:)

You need to get a ride, you might be on medication or body still recovering from anesthesia. Plus you need all rest u can:)
