Habbits

I have been banned since feb 21. 2012, I started at 240lbs I am currently 205lbs. So my food proportion less than before the surgery, I know that changing habits is not going to happen over night, I got my 1st fill about 4wks ago due for another, So I stop eating when when I am full by there's times that I keep going and I stop still I am in pain. So I am thinking that when I go in for other fill I'll fill fuller faster and the pain will be greater and I'll have more controll of my eating . Is there anyonene else that had similar or same issues and overcame them?

The key is to stop eating when you are satisfied. If you keep on eating you will suffer pain - that is the band doing it's job. But you should stop before the pain, otherwise you are simply repeating and reinforcing poor eating behaviours. Good luck in making these changes.
