How have you done in the first year? I was banded on May 22, 2012. I have lost almost 50 lbs in my first year. Is that okay? I feel like I should have lost more than that.

I was banded August 2, 2012 and am 8 months 2 weeks into this lifestyle and have lost 75 pounds. Not sure if that is good, bad or indifferent. But remember we all have different amounts to lose and all do it at a different pace. If you feel good then who cares how much you had lost. Keep up the good work.
