What is the best protein shake out there? One that has great taste, packed with protein, reasonable price etc. have not been banded yet but I want to try a few before i do.

depends on what you like apparently there is a great atkins one that takes like a caramel machieto from starbucks ant they are reasonably priced too

i really do like SLM. ive had other brands but prefer SLM so far. one thing ive noticed, it keeps well in the fridge once its been mixed. ive noticed that other powders will thicken and settle on the bottom of the container. I buy SLM vanilla and chocolate and use plenty of Greek yoghurt with it as well.

I use whey 52 g protein 160 cal I use choc and vanilla I use non fat yogurt make smoothies for breakfast

Best one that I have found so far is Lean Body On the Go- Bananas and Cream. I got it at Vitamin Shoppe. Loved it so much I ordered a case yesterday. Tastes like a real milkshake, not too sweet and no aftertaste at all.

I like the chocolate body fortress from walmart for 20 bucks. 1 scoop of powder, 8oz of simply smart milk and a little ice. Tastes great and gives 36g of protein.
