Today I had a Body Age Assessment done at my gym. The report indicates the following:
My confusion lies with the number of calories they have recommended I eat. Isn't that a lot? Why wouldn't they recommend I take in less calories? Aren't we supposed to take in less calories to lose weight?
I think my calories are coming right at about 1300 calories. Perhaps this is why my weight loss has stalled? Who knows?
What do I do? How many calories do you guys recommend I take in?
* The fat mass they came up with is the same amount of weight I want to lose. I wonder if this means when I lose the weight will I have a nice lean muscular body underneath :scared:
Thanks in advance for you help.
