Starting Over..after One Year

Need regroup..

Had my surgery Nov.2010 after one year lost 45..gained 20lbs back...ugh. need lose the 20 plus 30...to hit my goal. Don't know what I can do different. Food and start walking ..

Its a five day program. To retrain your self and band. U can order Online. Google five day. Its tea, a special soup.
