Hi ,i been trying to get back on track with my weight loss and i thought hey why not give the 48 hour miracle diet to jump start some weight loss( even tho it will be water weight), just so i can see the scale move to give me that motivation  ,im use to liquid diets so why not give this a try plus i could really use the cleanse :P . Has anyone ever tried this?

It was one of the many fad diets I've tried in the past... It definitely works, since you are on only diluted juice for 2 days... you should look into the 5 day pouch test - seems alot of people on here are doing it, and it makes sense... liquids first 2 days, then mushies for 2 days, then back to small portions.... kind of like a condensed version of post op....
