Why not everyday is easy and you will always battle I am down 145 pounds. In fact weigh145 pounds and I'm at a healthy Bmi and see a trainer to continue to build muscle and tighten skin.

I am happy and most of all healthy. I'm happy to give advice if anyone is struggling.

I am in day three and in a lot of pain. the Dr. told me that I was sipping water too fast and that was making my esopoghus spastic. How long before the pain goes away? having trouble getting enough liquids, I feel full all the time. feels like I can't handle another drop and I am consuming very low amounts of water.

Yes sip the water. I find warm or room temp water much easier. I've heard that for some others too. It will get better!
