  1. After week 7, I am losing very little weight. My start weight was 273 and I am 5'11". I have lost 43 pounds but have lost very little in the past week and half. I have followed the recommendations to a tee. Is this normal? are my expectations too high?
  2. I am in day three and in a lot of pain. the Dr. told me that I was sipping water too fast and that was making my esopoghus spastic. How long before the pain goes away? having trouble getting enough liquids, I feel full all the time. feels like I can't handle another drop and I am consuming very low amounts of water.
