Dumping Feeling And Discomfort

So I just got filled to 5cc in a 11cc lapband. I am having this problem of wondering if my food is in my pouch or my lower stomach. If i take too big of a bite I have pretty bad discomfort and then I feel a dumping feeling. My doc says it's my food entering my pouch not my stomach. I don't know but don't like the feeling. I always think it's my food squeezing through my pouch my am told it's not that. Anyone have any advice?

i know the feeling you're talking about. i have it if i'm too tight..i also here gurgling if i'm too tight. my advice is to chew.chew chew. i cant trust myself to take small bites, so force myself to cut my food in small bits.

Your message provides the clue. Take smaller bites.
