It's Been Almost 4 Years!

How is everyone doing? I'm proud to say that I am at a respectable 160 pounds and holding. I'm also in a size 10 which was my over all goal. I need to tone up but otherwise I'm happy! Started at 250 and a size 22.

    I am also 4 years out in March. I'm down 130 pounds. Just yesterday I put a size 12 pants back on the rack because yes they were to big in the hip and legs. I'm lovin my band everyday! I am very grateful not have had any problems so far.

    Here is to living a healthier life and keeping the weight off!!
