Congrats to you Patricia!! I am also 4 years out in March. I'm down 130 pounds. Just yesterday I put a size 12 pants back on the rack because yes they were to big in the hip and legs. I'm lovin my band everyday! I am very grateful not have had any problems so far. Here is to living a healthier life and keeping the weight off!!

I was just saying the same thing to my husband this weekend. I'm only 5'2" so I have never been a tall person but I feel so much shorter now.

I belong in the slow losers club also. I'm very happy with my band just losing a lot slower then I expected. I feel great and I have had no problems. I'm going in on Tuesday for a fill not sure if thats what i really need but hope to get the scales moving a little faster.

I'm new here. Just found the site and joined yesterday. I was banded 3/12/08. I'm down 68lbs with out complication. I love my band. Just looking for some support and companionship to help me along my journey! Looks like all or most of you have been together since the begining hope I'm not intruding. I'm going for a fill on Tuesday hope that helps me get the scales moving again.

I started walking every morning about 3 weeks ago. I have kind of slowed down on the weight loss. I'm going for a fill on Tuesday.

I'm really close too! I haven't been under 200 for at least 15 years. 202 this morning.
